As a Project Manager for my client, you will need to possess technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will take charge of Software Development Projects, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and managing project design, estimation, development, testing, and delivery of our reliable industry-standard applications.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Software Development, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a professional Software Development role would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in Project or Team Management.
- Familiarity with SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC methodologies is desirable.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management teams to define and design highly usable and responsive solutions that meet customer needs.
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams, handling multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Adapt quickly to learn new and complex technologies, techniques, tools, and business processes.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
- Provide performance management and guidance to team members.
- Facilitate and guide technological, process, and procedural improvements.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ensure a focus on quality is maintained across all projects, with an emphasis on delivering value to customers.
- Stay aware of trends and demands within and outside the company, understanding their impact on project scope, resources, and timelines.
- Participate in and lead application design meetings to comprehend customer needs and agree on requirement specifications.
