My client is currently looking for an experience Executive to join in supporting the Executive Leadership team at a leading company based in Co. Galway. As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to our CEO and C-Suite members.
Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, scheduling, and managing appointments, along with preparing documents, reports, and presentations. You'll also assist in special projects, coordinate events, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Duties:
- Efficiently manage CEO/C-Suite calendars and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend board meetings, and ensure timely distribution of minutes and action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain discretion.
- Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors when necessary.
- Manage expenses and credit card expenditures for the CEO.
- Demonstrate ownership and proactive resolution of queries and issues.
Competencies:
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
