As a Sales / Business Development Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, developing strong customer relationships and acting as their primary point of contact. Your industry knowledge, particularly in doors and entrance systems, will be essential in building account strategies, expanding the sales pipeline, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Build and implement customer strategies for assigned accounts

- Create proposals and follow up with customers
- Work closely with the Sales Director to align offerings with growth objectives
- Generate new business through various lead generation methods

Key Competencies:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the doors, construction, or similar industry
