My client in Galway is seeking a skilled R&D Method Development & Validation Analyst to play a pivotal role with their dynamic team. Reporting to the R&D Team Head, this position involves developing and validating analytical methods, managing projects, and upholding high standards in research and development.
Role Overview:
Develop and validate R&D analytical methods in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage Elemental impurity methods, Particle size methods, and other essential analytical methods.
Conduct chemical and physical evaluations of lab trials, batches, and stability batches.
Standardize drug substances, prepare protocols and reports, and assist in data review.
Ensure availability of standards and reagents; represent the company during audits.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
- Degree in Pharmacy or relevant Science Discipline.
- 5-10 years of R&D Analytical development experience.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a science background.
- Establishes effective team relationships.
- Positive outlook, methodical, and action-oriented.
- Makes timely decisions and takes responsibility.
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and analytical software.
