Overview
The Project Supervisor will support the Project Manager in the delivery of EV projects by supervising site teams and coordinating day-to-day activities. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and allocate tasks based on skills and availability

Support project delivery in line with agreed scope, schedule, and budget

Monitor progress, quality, and productivity through regular site checks

Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained

Communicate regularly with the Project Manager, customers, and subcontractors
-
Provide daily and weekly progress updates and report any issues or delays
-
Maintain accurate records of works completed, materials used, and hours worked

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements
Requirements

Qualified Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or relevant electrical qualification

Previous experience in the electrical field with supervisory or site leadership exposure

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Good IT skills with experience using project management systems

Experience managing budgets and delivering projects to deadlines

Project Management certification is an advantage
