My Client, a global technology company is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team.
Role: Lead the development of customer applications within the context of Projects, adhering to performance benchmarks encompassing Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing for flawless project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance of Projects
- Ensure achievement of project objectives concerning profitability (both product and development), quality, cost, and timing
- Review and validate activities of Project Team Members, proposing optimal timing strategies to meet crucial milestones.
- Potentially initiate concept competitions to secure customer orders (preferably on a case-by-case basis)
- Ensure appropriate allocation and management of Project resources.
- Address all challenges pertaining to Projects with the support of simultaneous engineering functions
Functionally and operationally manage the Project Team for Projects alongside relevant function contributors
- Establish and manage the budget for Projects, encompassing all necessary resources
- Define project scopes and boundaries
- Prepare comprehensive project phase assessments at PMC (Project Management Committee) and PVC (Project Validation Committee) levels
- Prepare and present CAA (Change Approval Authorization) and IAR (Initial Authorization Request) documents
- Functionally supervise all PTMs (Project Team Members), set project objectives, and oversee the evaluation of Project Team Members
- Handle all project-related modifications requested by customers
- Regularly report the progress of development efforts to the PMC
