Overview
Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will oversee EV projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The role includes significant people management responsibilities, operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture. Initial focus will be on building strong team and client relationships, visiting sites, and positioning the unit for future growth.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and deliver projects in line with scope, budget, and regulations.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and project dashboards, reporting progress to senior leadership.

Lead and develop a high-performing team through the full employee lifecycle.

Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and project closure, driving continuous improvement.
Person Specification

Level 8 Degree in Electrical, Project Management, Energy, or Mechanical (PMP/PSCS/electrical certs desirable).

5+ years’ experience managing electrical projects in construction.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Proworks).

Technical knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and budgeting.
