This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to help deliver life-restoring therapies that make a real difference to patients around the world.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of new product development, solving complex challenges, and ensuring technologies are seamlessly integrated into hospital Electrophysiology environments. You’ll also work closely with talented colleagues across functions, mentor the next generation of engineers, and contribute to innovations that shape the future of cardiac care.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading system integration, characterisation, and troubleshooting activities

Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, training, and guidance materials

Coaching and mentoring engineers in systems engineering principles

Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring products to market

Providing technical expertise to marketing, field engineering, and training teams

Driving improvements in processes and systems
What We’re Looking For

Strong background in systems engineering (architecture, integration, requirements management)

Advanced knowledge of Electrophysiology and cath lab environments

Experience in medical device development and Design Controls

Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Your Background

Required: Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years’ relevant experience

Preferred: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering

Experience defining system architecture within medical devices

Strong experience in hospital technology integration

Track record of leading cross-functional projects
