Role details:

  • Implement the Quality Mission and Strategy across all Platform activities
  • Establish quality objectives and oversee the monitoring of KPIs related to Quality
  • Ensure compliance with the Platform development process through rigorous control and monitoring
  • Represent Quality in the Platform Cluster governance committees
  • Supervise the Quality Leaders of the group, ensuring their competencies are aligned with the required standards

Platform (Quality) Standards

  • Formulate, sustain, and consistently enhance quality standards, considering all Platform Cluster-related LLCs (acting as a Standard Owner following the RAISE process)
  • Incorporate relevant Lessons Learned Cards for updating Platform standards
  • Define and lead the implementation of QRQC within the Platform Cluster

Projects

  • Enforce adherence to the Quality Development Policy
  • Ensure the technological roadmap incorporates Customer Line Incidents, Warranty, and Direct Cost of Non-Quality data. Coordinate the collection of such data for defining future product variants or generations
  • Define and monitor the quality budget for the Platform Cluster, covering equipment, hours, etc.
  • Define and implement action plans to meet targets for operational Platform KPIs related to Quality

Experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the automotive or Electronics or medical devices industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality management and development processes.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing quality teams and projects.
