They are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth across their diverse product range. As a key contributor, you will spearhead marketing initiatives, focusing on international brand development, lead generation, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Management:

Oversee lead generation campaigns across multiple product portfolios and markets utilizing CRM tools.

Media Development:

Develop compelling content for print media (catalogues, brochures, flyers) and online channels (websites, social media, email campaigns). Drive SEO strategies.

Coordinate exhibitions, trade events, and open days.

Manage advertising, editorial projects, and PR initiatives.

Craft and proofread engaging content for various platforms.

Media Publication:

Publish print and online media, including video content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Project Management:

Supervise projects related to website and social media design and utilization.

Coordinate new product launch campaigns.

Ensure corporate consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Innovation and Market Awareness:

Stay updated on market trends and changes in relevant sectors through market research, attending industry events, and building strong communication links with the sales team.

Database Management:

Maintain marketing databases with accurate and updated information.

Financial Management:

Budget, negotiate, and report financial information and spend.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administration support as needed.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Honours Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Digital marketing qualification is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of commercial marketing experience with a focus on lead generation programs.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • E-commerce, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Agriculture, Equine, Material Handling, and/or Construction markets is advantageous.
  • General and digital marketing skills.
  • Proficiency in IT skills (MS Platforms, CRM, ERP, Content Management Systems, etc.).
