Purpose of the Role
An experienced and highly organised Internal Sales Executive is sought to join a dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This role is integral to supporting sales growth and enhancing brand awareness within the French market, specifically for an Agri-Equine product range. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for sales operations including quotations and order processing via ERP systems
- Handle customer orders and sales enquiries with a proactive, positive approach
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support day-to-day activities
- Build strong relationships with both end-users and trade customers to maximise product sales
- Maintain accurate customer and market data using CRM tools for effective tracking and communication
- Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead generation
- Act as the primary contact for after-sales support, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up
- Represent customer needs internally and liaise with relevant departments to resolve any arising issues
- Prepare and contribute to regular sales reports
- Share market feedback and customer insights with the wider team and management
- Attend industry-related meetings, exhibitions, and events as needed
- Support the wider business with general administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, and confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Holds a third-level qualification in Business or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office-based administrative or sales support role
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Skilled in time management and prioritising tasks
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the French agricultural and/or equine market is highly advantageous
