An established electrical and utility services provider with nationwide operations is seeking an experienced HSQE Officer to join its Cork-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work across high-impact projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Position: HSQE Officer
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a HSQE role within the utilities, construction, civils, or engineering sectors
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality practices across multiple sites

Conduct and maintain risk assessments, safety statements, RAMS, audits, and registers

Deliver employee inductions, training, and ongoing HSQE initiatives

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards

Attend internal and client safety meetings and audits
-
Support documentation for tenders, assessments, and contractor management
Requirements:

Third-level qualification in Health, Safety, Environment or Quality

Strong working knowledge of HSQE systems and regulatory compliance
-
Familiarity with ESBN standards is an advantage
-
Full clean driving license
-
Manual Handling Instructor certification is desirable
