AMF Consulting is working on behalf of a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HSQE Officer to join their team in Galway, supporting operations across multiple counties.
Reporting to the Head of HSQE, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards across Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, while supporting the delivery of projects in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage risk assessments, RAMS, policies and compliance documentation
- Fulfil PSDP and PSCS duties and drive corrective actions where required
- Provide HSEQ guidance and support across multiple sites
- Lead safety training, audits and client safety engagements
- Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
- Support tender submissions including SAQs and related documentation
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and documentation
- Drive onsite safety standards across civil and public lighting works
About You
- 3rd level qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental or Quality
- 5+ years’ experience in HSQE, ideally within utilities, construction or civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of compliance, audits and risk management
- Experience with ESBN standards and contractor management is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence
