My client based in Galway is expanding and is now seeking to appoint a Customer Orders & Wholesale Co-ordinator to join their dynamic Customer Service Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment, supporting multiple aspects of the business.
Role Overview
As a Customer Orders & Wholesale Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and stock management across all functions of the business. This position is vital in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Fulfilment:
- End-to-end processing, packaging, and dispatch of all customer and wholesale orders from our three websites, ensuring timely and accurate worldwide shipping.
- Respond promptly to customer and client queries via email, phone, and ChatBot.
- Address customer order enquiries, providing effective solutions in a professional manner.
Stock Management:
- Conduct weekly and monthly stocktaking checks across all products, ensuring accuracy and recording data on Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with product stock deliveries, including physical lifting of boxes.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks, such as supporting specific product lines, under the guidance of the Team Lead.
- Provide driving assistance during quarterly onsite training days (as required).
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to discuss challenges openly with the Team Lead.
- A full driver’s licence is essential.
