AMF Consulting is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an Internal After-Sales Team Lead to oversee and support a busy office-based team.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality after-sales support, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving process improvements across administrative and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the internal office team, managing workflows and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders
- Oversee warranty claims, credit/rebill requests, and order issue resolution
- Support onboarding and training for distributors and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and internal guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement across after-sales and administrative processes
- Oversee credit control activities in collaboration with finance
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations to resolve account and service issues
- Track performance metrics and drive service quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
Requirements
- Level 8 qualification in Business, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in team leadership or office coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in credit control and administrative operations
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working cross-functionally within a business environment
